Nowhere To Be And All Day To Get There, an exhibition by Kevin Titzer, will open on Thursday, April 4th, from 5 - 8 PM at the PlySpace Gallery (608 E. Main Street), as part of the April First Thursday in downtown Muncie, Indiana. Light refreshments will be served, and the artist will speak about his work at 7:00 PM.
PlySpace Residents will hold Open Studios for First Thursday, March 7th, from 5-8 PM on the second floor in Madjax. Stop by to learn more about the artists, their practice, and their collaborative projects in Muncie. Light refreshments will be served. This event is open to the public.

Join us on First Thursday, December 6th, for a PlySpace Artist-in-Residence Double Feature with performances by current Fall 2018 resident Linda Ryan and past Spring 2018 resident Melissa Joy Livermore. Performances will occur at 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, 7:30 PM and will be held at the PlySpace Gallery.
Resident Linda Ryan will teach three free workshops on dance and technology at the Cornerstone Center for the Arts on October 27th, November 3rd, and November 17th. Don’t miss the chance to learn some new moves and skills!
Resident Heather Van Winckle presents a homemade candlepin bowling alley at the Muncie Mall. The bowling project, Main Stream, will be located inside a vacant storefront at the Mall (near JC Penney and across from Country Charm) and will be open to the public during select times from October 27th to November 4th, 2018.
Check out the short performance piece, The Teller, by PlySpace Resident Linda Ryan on October 4th for ArtsWalk. The 10 minute performance will be held at the Chase Bank Plaza, located at the Addams and Walnut street intersection, at 7:30 PM. The performance will be viewable through the Walnut Street windows.

Join PlySpace Resident Kacie Lyn Martinez for an outdoor installation of this participatory public weaving project. It launches for First Thursday, August 2nd at Canan Commons, west side, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Kacie Lyn will return to the site every Saturday in August from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM to work on this weaving project and welcomes the public to collaborate with her.
Join PlySpace Resident Fellow, Dave Rowe, for an afternoon of aluminum casting demonstrations, with beer and bratwurst, at Madjax! The demonstration will be held at the Madjax outdoor patio adjacent to Guardian Brewery on Saturday, July 14th, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM, with aluminum pours on the hour! Free to the public, or $10 to make a casting of your own.
PlySpace Resident Fellow, artist Dave Rowe, will hold an open studio at Madjax on Friday, July 13th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Visitors are invited to learn more about PlySpace, check out the PlySpace studios, and explore the work Dave has created while in residence this summer. At 6:00 PM, the artist will discuss his work and his residency experience in an informal artist talk.
